The house stands on a plot of 600 m2 with private pool (5.60 x 4.60) and offers Sleeps 6 adults. 160 m2 on 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dressing room, a large living and kitchen area with TV. On the covered terrace (40m2) you can have breakfast in the morning (garden table and 8 chairs) and enjoy the beautiful nature. Furthermore, there are 2 chairs and a gas grill. Listen to the song of birds in the lush tropical garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the sunset in the evening to a cocktail or two on the terrace beside the pool or at the beautiful bar in the pleasantly cool living area (with fridge Eiscrasher). Satellite TV and Internet on demand by the tenant can be unlocked for a small additional fee; normal antenna reception is free of charge, towels, bath towels, bed linen available.

Our new house is located only 2 miles from the family-friendly Playa Guacuco. Guacuco Playa is the ideal beach house for families. On the road 100m away in the village of Chinguirito de Guacuco you'll find lots of small food and beverage outlets as well as fruit, vegetables and snack stands. Here you can buy wonderful fresh bananas, pineapples and other exotic fruits. Just enjoy time at one of the stalls or a refreshing Coco Frio Cocada. On this street you will also have the opportunity to directly drive very inexpensive to Porlamar with public breast or other parts of the island. Due to the low gasoline prices (1l = 0,02 €!) And the taxis on the island are very inexpensive.
